Multimedia Journalism

In Winter Semester 2017 we offered an advanced multimedia journalism class (a combination of Comms 328 and 420)

In (now defunct) Comms 487 students learned to work in teams to produce multimedia news products. In 2004, students studied the coverage of trauma and produced a website that examined how such coverage affects victims, audiences, and journalists as first-responders.
